ASEANpreneurs Youth Leaders Exchange 2008

Interested participants are required to submit a 500-word abstract paper together with the completed application form and a copy of their Curriculum Vitae or Resume. Please submit the requirements to aseanpreneurs@gmail.com.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Application is open to university undergraduates and graduates of ASEAN nationality (citizens/permanent residents) who may or may not be studying in ASEAN universities.
2. Participants are required to submit the full paper, with a minimum 1500-word requirement one month after the release of application results
• Format: Arial, 12 font size, 1.5 line spacing, .doc format
3. The age limit of participants is within 18-25 years old.
4. There is no application fee.
5. There is no programme fee. Accommodation and 70% of meals are provided by the organizers throughout the programme.
6. Students are expected to fund their own travel to Singapore such as airfare and personal expenses (e.g. visa fees, travel insurance, personal allowance and medical check-ups).
7. Students are encouraged to seek financial support from their universities, youth ministries and/or external organizations.
8. The management reserves the right to reject any application that is deemed incomplete.
9. Selection will be done by the management and results will be considered final and irrevocable.
10. The management reserves the right to modify the abovementioned Terms and Conditions at any given time with or without prior notice.

Criteria for selection:

1. Efficient oral and written English communication skills.
2. Exceptional entrepreneurship, leadership and communication abilities.
3. Positions of responsibility in business and/or entrepreneurship clubs and societies and/or is currently running a business.
